Wilma (Biksey) Mornak, 84, of Monessen, died Monday Nov. 6, 2017 in Mon Valley Care Center. She was born on December 12, 1932 in Elizabeth Township, the daughter of the late Charles and Joanne (Zavcgyak) Biksey. Mrs. Mornak was a member of the Epiphany of Our Lord Church in Monessen. She had worked as a cashier in retail food sales for many years and also ran the family business, Mornak Excavation, along with her husband George. Wilma enjoyed playing cards and bingo, and followed her children and grandchildren at their sporting events. She is survived by her two sons, David J. (Denise) Mornak of Rostraver Twp., Paul G. (Nikki) Mornak of Monessen; six grandchildren, David, Dena, Dane, Christina, Matthew, and Kelly Mornak; two step grandchildren, Kristopher and Justin Hite; two step great grandchildren, Bryce and Maddison Hite; and by several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband George P. Mornak, a brother Charles Biksey Jr., a sister Ann Baldner, and a niece Joyce Baldner. Friends will be received on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue, Monessen. Services will be held on Friday beginning with a 9:00 am Blessing in the funeral home, followed by a 9:30 am Funeral Mass in Epiphany of Our Lord Church, 44 Pennsylvania Blvd. Monessen, with Rev. Michael J. Crookston officiating. Interment will follow in the St. Hyacinth's Cemetery, Monessen. The Epiphany Ladies will gather for a prayer service on Thursday at 3:00 pm in the funeral home.
