William K. "Bill" Bailey

William K. "Bill" Bailey, 54, of Monessen, died unexpectedly on Friday, November 23, 2012 in the Emergency Room of Monongahela Valley Hospital Inc.He was born in N. Charleroi on June 21, 1958, the son of William and Caroline (Zugaro) Bailey Jr. who survive and reside in Monessen. Bill was a 1976 graduate of Monessen High School and was the former owner and operator of Continental Building Maintenance Company. He currently was employed with the University of Pittsburgh, main campus, as assistant manager of Facility Management.Bill was a parishioner of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church and had served on the Monessen School Board for several years. He was an avid golfer and a member of S and A Golf League, which played at Seven Springs Golf Course in Elizabeth.In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife of 33 years, Lisa Vrable Bailey, four daughters and a son-in-law; Brooke and Chad Ustazewski of North Huntingdon, Lauren Bailey and fiancé Dustin Frankie of North Huntingdon, Rebecca Bailey of Pittsburgh, Blair Bailey of Monessen, a sister and brother-in-law, Denise and Daniel Weckoski of Monessen, two grandchildren, Colton and Gemma Ustazewski, and by several nieces and nephews.Bill was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, William and Marcella Bailey, and maternal grandparents Amerigo and Carmella Zugaro.Friends will be received in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue Monessen, on Sunday from 6 to 8 pm, and on Monday from 1 to 3 pm and 6 to 8 pm.Services will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012, beginning with a 9:30 am Blessing in the funeral home, followed by a 10:00 am Funeral Mass in Epiphany of Our Lord Church.
