Warren R. Howard, 86, residing at the Westmoreland Manor, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 24, 2008.He was born in St. Albans, WV on February 28, 1922, a son of the late Westley Howard, Sr. and Lulu Edwards Howard.He was retired from Beth Energy Mines, having worked as a Coal Miner, and was a member of the United Mine Workers of America. Warren will be sadly missed by his three daughters, Sally Simpson of Los Angeles, CA, Dolores Curry of Phoenix, AZ, and Mildred Wall of Detroit, MI; 15 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.Friends will be received in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue, Monessen,(724-684-8750) on Wednesday, July 30, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at which time a service will be held in the funeral home.
