Thomas D. Brown, 58, of Rostraver Twp., died unexpectedly on Sunday, August 23, 2009 at his residence.He was born in N. Charleroi on June 16, 1951, the son of Cecelia Albert Brown of Monessen and the lateRobert Brown.In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sisters, Joyce Evans of Plum Boro and Donna Kozar of Charleroi, and by a brother, Dennis Brown of Cherry Hill, NJ.Private funeral services will be held at the convienence of the family, with Rev.
