Sundaie Bilotto, 88, formerly of Monessen, died Thursday, August 23, 2007 at the home of her daughter in Paden City, WV.She was born in Monessen on August 14, 1919, the daughter of the late Gaetano and Christine Caterino Gannitto. Prior to moving to her daughters four years ago, Mrs. Bilotto resided in Monessen, being a 1937 graduate of Monessen High School and a member of Epiphany of Our Lord R. C. Church, the Epiphany Ladies, and the AARP. She retired from the Monessen School District, having worked as a Secretary in the district for 20 years.She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Robert M. and Carole Bilotto of Monessen, two daughters and a son-in-law, Rosemary Birkheimer of Paden City, WV, Christine and Paul Lashbrooke of Hendersonville, NC, a sister, Congetta Dastolfo of Monessen, four grandchildren, Robert P. Bilotto of Monessen, Amy Birkheimer of Berkley Springs, WV, Mindy Risinger and husband Daniel of Hedgesville, WV, Joseph Birkheimer of Madiera Beach, FL, a great granddaughter Grace Risinger, and by several nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Albert Bilotto, a grandson Michael Bilotto, three brothers, Joseph, Patsy, and John Gannitto, and by two sisters Margaret Vivian and Anna Colangelo.Friends will be received on Sunday August 26, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home, Inc. 441 Reed Avenue Monessen, (724-684-8750). Services will be held on Monday Aug. 27, 2007, beginning with a 9:30 am Blessing in the funeral home, followed by a 10:00 am Funeral Mass in the Epiphany of Our Lord R. C. Church. Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery, Monessen.
