Richard Ralph DeRentis

Richard R. DeRentis, 72, of Monessen, passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2024 in Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital, with his loving family by his side. He was born on February 1, 1952 in New Eagle, the son of the late Ralph and Norma (DiCenzo) DeRentis. He was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord R. C. Church and was a Monessen High School Graduate. He was a retired HVAC Technician and was a musician for many years having played with several local bands. He is survived by Two Daughters, Camille (Kenny) Savko of Monessen, Rachel (Joseph) Gradischek of Belle Vernon; Son, Cory DeRentis of Monessen; Grandchildren, J.C., Olivia, Cameron, Joey, Scarlett, Milena and Xavier. Friends will be received Wednesday, April 10, 2024 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue, Monessen. Services will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2024 in the funeral home, beginning with a Blessing service at 10:00 am, with Rev. Michael Crookston officiating.
