Patricia J. (Foster) Bukowski

Patricia J. Bukowski, 77, of Monessen, died Thursday April 2, 2020 in Monongahela Valley Hospital Inc. She was born on December 22, 1942 in Anniston, AL, the daughter of the late John Hnatko and Marie (Sappo) Foster. Patty grew up in Monessen and was a 1960 graduate of Monessen High School. She owned and operated B & K Upholstery and Drapes for 20 years. Patty served on the City of Monessen School Board for 10 years and on Monessen City Council for four years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step father who raised her, Charles Foster, and by her sister Pamela Thieser. She is survived by a son, Timothy (Laurel) Bukowski of Rostraver Twp., a daughter, Amy (Ron Piasecki) Bukowski of Monessen; four grandchildren, Ronnie and Cassidy Piasecki, Cole and Noah Bukowski; great grandson Camden; brother, Tim (Marty) Foster of Oswego, OR; sister, Cheryl Hampton of Monessen; two half brothers, Charles (Michelle) Foster of Rochester, NY, Robert (Goldie) Foster of Wenatchee, WA; brother-in-law Bruce Thieser, special nephew and niece, Chris Foster and Jessica Thieser, and by her favorite companions, Rockie and Rosie. Due to the pandemic, private visitation and funeral services will be held in Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. & Cremation Services, 441 Reed Ave. Monessen with Rev. Michael Crookston officiating.
