Marie A. (Dominico) Sickles

Marie A. Sickles, 93, of Monessen, died Saturday Feb. 29, 2020 in Mon Valley Care Center. She was born on June 14, 1926 in Monessen, the daughter of the late Frank and Theresa (Altomare) Dominico. Mrs. Sickles was a life long resident of Monessen, a 1944 graduate of Monessen High School, and a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Church. She is survived by her son, Frank C. (Marsha) Sickles of Fallowfield Twp.; a grandson, Clinton Michael (Megan) Sickles of Fallowfield Twp.; a granddaughter, Crystal Marie Sickles of Carnegie; a great grandson Nicholas Sickles, and by a sister, Betty Nash of Monessen; a sister-in-law Lois Dominico of Levittown, PA; by several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Carl S. Sickles in 1988 and by her brother Carmen Dominico. Friends will be received on Wednesday from 1 to 3 pm and 6 to 8 pm in Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue, Monessen. Services will be held on Thursday beginning with a 11:30 am Blessing in the funeral home, followed by a 12:00 pm Funeral Mass in Epiphany of Our Lord Church.
