Louise M. Salaske, 74, of Carroll Twp. formerly of Monessen, died Wednesday Feb. 22, 2017 in Mon Valley Care Center. She was born on January 23, 1943 in Monessen, the daughter of the late Emil Massey Sr. and Helen (Lenhart) Massey. Louise was a care giver having worked at Sphar's Personal Care Home and McFadden's Day Care. She was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church. She is survived by her four children, Louise (Jeff) Olup of Carroll Twp., Albert (Jeannette) Salaske Jr. of Monessen, John (Michelle) Salaske of Monessen, Paul (Rachel) Salaske of Fayette City, eleven grandchildren, Alexis, Aidan, Taylor, Maegyn, Emily, Ashley, Katlyn, Brandon, Stefanie, Laura, and Joshua; four great grandchildren, Payton, Kendalyn, Raelyn, and Logan; a sister, Rita (Greg) Evans of Perryopolis, two brothers, John Massey of Donora, Jules (Ninfa) Massey of Belle Vernon, and by a special niece, Rhonda Kirchner. Private services were held in Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Ave. Monessen, with Rev. Michael J. Crookston officiating. Entombment followed in Grandview Cemetery Columbarium, Monessen.
