Lois June Moskola, 81, of Monessen, died Saturday, June 22, 2013 at her home.She was born in Monessen on June 21, 1932, the daughter of the late Charles and Louise Crow Johnson. She was a lifelong resident of Monessen and a 1950 graduate of Monessen High School. Mrs. Moskola had worked as an operator for Bell Telephone and later for J.C. Penny catalog sales in Monessen. She was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church, its Epiphany Ladies, and Catholic Business and Professional Women. Lois was an avid card player having enjoyed playing cards with her friends. She is survived by her four sons, Paul (Rosie) Moskola of Audubon, John (Diana) Moskola of Clarksville, Richard Moskola of Monessen, Mark Moskola and Liz Gonze of Audubon, her daughter, Melanie Moskola of Jeffersonville, seven grandchildren, John, Jarrod, Brent, Marlo, Rachel, Diana, and Sarah, seven great grandchildren, and by a sister, Virginia Kunsa of Gonzalez, LA.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John R. "Jack" Moskola.Friends will be received in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Ave. Monessen, on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm. Services will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2013, beginning with a 9:30 am Blessing in the funeral home, followed by a 10:00 am Funeral Mass in Epiphany of Our Lord Church. Entombment will follow in Mon.
