John M. McMurray

John M. McMurray, 87, of McMurray died Sunday April 3, 2022 in McMurray Hills Manor. He was born in McMurray on January 19, 1935 to the late William and Bertha (Mercer) McMurray. John was Presbyterian by faith but attended St. Benedict the Abbot Roman Catholic Church with his wife. He served his country as a member of The United States Marine Corps. John was retired from Mayview Hospital where he worked as a Grounds Keeper. He is survived by his brother-in-law, Raymond Marmie of Monessen and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Geraldine (Marmie) McMurray. Friends will be received on Thursday April 7th from 9:00 am to 10:00 am in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue, Monessen.
