Jay Francis Price, 39, of Monessen, died unexpectedly on Monday November 14, 2016 at his home. He was born on August 31, 1977 in New Eagle, the son of Sheryl (Wiseman) Price of Monessen and the late Jay F. Price Sr. Jay was a lifelong resident of Monessen and a 1997 graduate of Monessen High School. He was a certified electrician and owned and operated his business, Price Electric. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his step father, Kenneth P. Mosco, four sisters, Christy (Virgil) Allums, Ronna Price, Lacey Flanagan, Nicole Keliiwaiwaiole; a brother, Kenny Mosco, nieces and nephews, Narissa Parker, Kaleigh Mosco, Alanakai Mahelona, Aizeah, Precious,and Aizyak, a host of cousins and close friends, and his special cat, Pepper. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, William and Blanche Wiseman, and his paternal grandparents Robert and Elizabeth Price Sr. Friends will be received on Thursday from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and 6:00pm to 9:00 pm in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue, Monessen. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11:00 am in the funeral home with Pastor Matthew Stabe officiating. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Carroll Twp.
