Eva Bellora, 88, of Monessen, passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 in Hallsworth House. She was born in Monessen on February 13, 1927, the daughter of the late Alex and Eva Daddio Parashchak. Eva was a lifelong resident of Monessen and a 1945 graduate of Monessen High School. She was orthodox by faith and loved to spend time with her family. Eva enjoyed playing cards and bingo, and looked forward to going to the casino's. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Roth L. Bellora, a son, Robert "Robbie" (Cindy) Bellora of Rostraver Twp., two daughters, Evie (Stanley) Matinsky of Monessen, Laurie (Linwood) Rudolph of Wardensville, WV, five grandchildren, Brian (Kelley) Matinsky, Shawn (Carly Smith) Bellora, Haley, Jessica, and Julia Bellora, six great grandchildren, and a niece, Diane Bellora. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Stephen "Steve" W. Bellora, a sister Anne Parashchak, and by three brothers, Harry, Stephen, and William "Willie" Parashchak. Friends will be received on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Ave. Monessen. Services will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2015, at 12:00 pm in the funeral home with Rev. Fr. Joseph Z. DiStefano officiating.
