Esther (DiBiase)(Hornak) Pabis, 90, formerly of Monessen, died Tuesday, March 27, 2012 in U.P.M.C. McKeesport.She was born in Italy on December 24, 1921, the daughter of the late Santo and Maria DiBiase. Mrs. Pabis was a resident of Monessen most of her life and a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, a Mid Mon Valley Lutheran Parish.She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Robert M. (Marcia) Pabis of McKeesport, two daughters, Kathy (Pabis) and Jerry Zanardelli of Burlington, KY, Suzanne (Hornack) and Lyle Claudy of Brunswick, GA, two sisters, Rose Marie Gironda of Los Altimitos, CA, Antionette "Toni" Suppa of Monessen, two sisters-in-law, Norma Jean Hornack of Atlanta, GA, and by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband John D. Hornack, second husband Mitchell Pabis, a son John Daniel Hornack, sister Nellie Phillipi, and a great grandson Cameron Jayson Pabis.Friends will be received on Thursday March 30, 2012 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue Monessen, (724-684-8750). Services will be held on Friday, March 30, 2012 in the funeral home with Rev. Jack Hernstrom officiating.
