Dorothy Mae (Baciak) Vance, 88, of Monessen, died Monday January 8, 2018 in Monongahela Valley Hospital Inc.
She was born in Charleroi on October 9, 1929, the daughter of the late John Baciak and Mary Chupcuga Baciak .
Mrs. Vance was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Monessen, and years ago had worked for Donora Sportswear.
She is survived by her children, Debbie (James) Greco of Coal Center, Ellen (Alan) Maund of Charleroi, Diane Silverblatt of Belle Vernon, Mary Wisyanski of Monessen, and Fred Vance of Charleroi, ten grandchildren, and by 13 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Dell Vance, six brothers, and by five sisters.
Services were private and held at the convenience of the family.
