Dorothy K. Hreno, 92, of Centennial, CO, formerly of Monessen, died Tuesday, August 5, 2008 in St. Jude Assisted Living.She was born in Charleroi on July 1, 1916, the daughter of the late Constantine and Mary Delziski Cadelak.Mrs. Hreno lived in Monessen most all her life. Prior to moving to Colorado five years ago, she resided at Westgate Manor. While living in Monessen, she was a member of St. John the Divine Orthodox Church.She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Jean Hreno of Aurora, CO, her daughter and son-in-law, Lois and Edward Hecht of Simi Valley, CA, two grandchildren, Theron and Jessica Hreno, and by nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Michael Hreno, and by two sisters, Ann Kobaly and Mary (Putt) Zido.Friends will be received in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue Monessen, (724-684-8750) on Monday from 10:30 am to 12 noon, time of the service, with Rev. Stephen P. Romanchak of St. Basil the Great Russian Orthodox Church, officiating. Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery, Monessen.
