Donna Jean (Steck) Thorpe

Donna Jean Steck Thorpe, 77, of Monessen, went to be with the Lord peacefully on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 in Mount Macrina Manor, Uniontown. She was born on December 26, 1944 in South Huntingdon Twp., the daughter of the late Fred Steck and Phyllis (Denitti) Fall. Donna had been a resident of Monessen most of her adult life and a member of First Christian Church. She leaves behind to cherish her memory many family members and friends. Donna's request was to not be viewed, be buried in West Newton Cemetery, have a simple obituary, and to have a Celebration of Life. That Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday Dec. 17, 2022 from 2 to 4 pm in the First Christian Church, 115 Sixth Street Monessen, with Pastor Conrad Auel officiating.
