Donna Grace (Hamer) Gilotty

Donna G. (Hamer) Gilotty, 82, of Washington Twp., passed away on Friday Dec. 28, 2018 in Laurel Ridge Center, Uniontown. She was born on April 2, 1936 in Fairhope, the daughter of the late Donald and Elizabeth (Middleton) Hamer. Donna grew up in Fairhope and was a 1954 graduate of Bellmar High School. Donna enjoyed embroidering, was an avid reader, and loved doing word search and crossword puzzles. She was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Church in Monessen. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Norman L. Gilotty, a daughter Monica Gilotty, and by her brother Robert Hamer. She is survived by four sons, Michael J. (Lisa) Gilotty of Coal Center, Brian (Kristan) Gilotty, Dean Gilotty, Kenneth (Kelly) Gilotty, all of Fairhope; two daughters, Karen (Bill) Stimmell of Rostraver Twp., Christine Gilotty of Belle Vernon; a brother, Dale (Arden) Hamer of Murrysville; a sister, Darla Belsick of Fairhope; eight grandchildren, Brandon and Joshua Gilotty, Anthony and Maria Stimmell, Sarah, Laney, and Gianna Gilotty, Kaleigh (Eddie Durciak) Gilotty; a great grandson, Jackson Robert Druciak; and by three generations of nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Tuesday Jan. 1st from 6 to 8 pm and on Wednesday Jan. 2nd from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm in Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue, Monessen. Services will be held on Thursday Jan. 3rd beginning with a 9:30 am Blessing in the funeral home, followed by a 10:00 am Funeral Mass in Epiphany of Our Lord Church, 44 Penna.
