Clarence M. "Chauncey" Feehan Jr., 81, of Monessen, died Thursday, February 19, 2009 in Washington Hospital.He was born in Monessen on February 7, 1928, the son of the late Clarence M. Feehan Sr. and Elizabeth Meluck Feehan. He was a life long resident of Monessen, and a member of Epiphany of Our Lord R. C. Church. He was a life member of the Monessen Elks Lodge 733 and the Monessen Volunteer Fire Dept., Hose House # 2.. He was retired from the Allenport Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp., and was a veteran of the Korean War, having served with the U.S. Army.He is survived by his three loving daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Bill Travis of Avella, Susan and Fritz Bielo of Mars, Beth and Joe Murri of Sykesville, MD, three grandchildren, Tess Bielo of Mars, Alex and Scott Murri of Sykesville, MD, a brother, Thomas Feehan of Bonita Springs, FL, a sister, Dorothy Weisel of Diamond, OH, and aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years Mary Sivek Feehan, an infant daughter, and by a brother, Joseph Feehan.Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Monday Feb. 23, 2009, at 12 noon in Epiphany of Our Lord R. C. Church, 618 Knox Ave. Monessen, PA 15062.
