Charles C. Carr, 83, of Monessen, died Thursday, August 20, 2009 in North Hills Manor Care, Pittsburgh.He was born in Monessen on December 14, 1925, the son of the late Patrick and Elizabeth (Nicastro) Ciarocchi. Mr. Carr grew up in Monessen and was a former member of St. Leonard's R. C. Church and the Monessen Elks Lodge 773. He was a retired printer, having worked for Photo Typgraphy in Pittsburgh.He is survived by his loving companion, Joyce Mies of Pittsburgh, a sister, Madeline Kuklar of Monessen, a brother, Raymond Carr and wife Gisland of Mainz, Germany, two nieces and a nephew, Diane Chopyak and husband Joseph of Greensburg, Claudia Gering and husband Bernhard of Mainz, Germany, John Kuklar of Greensburg, and by great nieces and nephews.Private graveside services were held at Grandview Cemetery, Monessen, with Rev.
