Catherine Kerestan, 91, formerly of Monessen, died Thursday, November 19, 2009 in Westmoreland Manor.She was born in Pittsburgh on January 7, 1918, the daughter of the late Rose Olsavick Nickolich. Catherine was a resident of Monessen most all her life, and a former member of St. John the Divine Russian Orthodox Church.She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Georgia and Ernest S. Wisyanski of Rostraver Twp. and Kathleen and Kenneth Kohut of Monessen, three brothers, Melvin, Stanley, and Bernard Nickolich, seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and by nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband George Kerestan, and by two sisters, Evangeline Radick and Paladi Nickolich.Private funeral services will be held on Saturday Nov. 21, 2009 in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue Monessen, with Fr.
