Carol Ann Doman, 74, of Charleroi, formerly of Monessen, died Saturday Sept. 17, 2016 in Havencrest Nursing Center.
She was born on May 5, 1942 in North Charleroi, the daughter of the late Albert R. and Virginia (Romasco) Dilegge. Carol resided in Monessen most of her life and was a 1960 graduate of Monessen High School. She was a member of the Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church, the Epiphany Ladies and the Italian American Heritage Society. Carol retired from PNC bank with 25 years of service and had also managed Linden Hall for two years. After retiring she worked part time for Citizens Bank and at LaEda's Family Restaurant as a hostess. Carol served on the Board of Directors for Monongahela Valley Hospital for nine years.
Surviving are her brother and sister-in-law, Alan and Doreen Dilegge of Belle Vernon, two nephews, Alan M. (Theresa) Dilegge, Dean (Jackie) Dilegge; a niece Dana (John) Marchines; great nieces and nephew, Deandra, A. J., and Nina.
Friends will be received on Tuesday Sept. 20, 2016 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue, Monessen. A Blessing service will be held at 11:00 am in the funeral home, followed by a 11:30 am Funeral Mass in Epiphany of Our Lord R. C. Church, with Fr. James Bump officiating. Interment will be in Grandview Cemetery, Monessen.
