Bernadette M. Snyder, 62, of Monessen, died Friday, January 9, 2009 in Monongahela Valley Hospital Inc., surrounded by her loving family.She was born in N. Charleroi on April 21, 1946, the daughter of the late Anthony and Helen Koneffko Parnelli. Bernadette was a life long resident of Monessen and a member of Epiphany of Our Lord R. C. Church and the former St. Cajetan R. C. Church. She was employed by the former Holiday Inn in Belle Vernon, having held the position as Executive Housekeeper for many years. She was a loving mother, nana, and sister, who loved to travel and visit the beach with her grandchildren.She is survived by her four children, Tracy Wells and husband Thomas Jr., Pamela Sapp and husband Richard, Anthony Snyder and wife Lee Ann, Scott Synder, all of Monessen, a brother, George Parnelli of Melbourne, FL, a sister, Melody Hughes of Duquesne, nine grandchildren, Leonard Boso and wife Roberta of Monessen, Zachary Boso of Pensacola, FL, Megan Boso, Brittany and Brandi Wells, Heidi, Anthony K., and Nicole Synder, all of Monessen, and Scotty Snyder Jr. of Georgetown, PA.Friends will be received on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue Monessen, (724-684-8750).Services will be held on Monday Jan. 12, 2009, at 10:00 am in the funeral home, with Fr. David J. Nazimek officiating. Interment will be in Grandview Cemetery, Monessen.
