Anthony M. "Chick" Trozzo

Anthony M. "Chick" Trozzo, 85, of Monessen, passed away on Monday, August 19, 2024 in UPMC Mercy. He was born on January 10, 1939 in Monessen, the son of the late Eugene and Josephine Trozzo. He was a member of Epiphany of our Lord Church, Italian Society of Mutual Aid and a 1957 Graduate of Monessen High School. Chick was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers Fan, attending many games including Super Bowls throughout the years. He was retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Allenport Plant, where he worked as a Crane operator. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Ruth (Galuppo) Trozzo, daughter, Nicki (Dino) Baldini of Gibsonia; step daughter, Rosy Jones of Biloxi, MS; granddaughter, Francesca Baldini; two step grandsons, David (Ashley) Perry, Jason (Nicole) Perry. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his son, Guy Trozzo, sister, Theresa L. Pavlo and Brother, Samuel D. Trozzo. Friends will be received Thursday, August 22, 2024 from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue, Monessen. Services will be held on Friday, August 23, 2024 with a Blessing service at 10:00 am, with Monsignor James T. Gaston officiating. Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery.
