Angelo Ronald Pro

Angelo Ronald Pro, 89, of Monessen, passed away on Monday December 5, 2022 at his home. He was born in Pittsburgh, PA on April 22, 1933, the son of the late Giovanni and Mary DiBartolo Pro. Angelo was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord R. C. Church, American Legion Post 28, and the former Mon Valley Association of Retired Steelworkers (MARS). He had worked for American Chain and Cable, Page Division, Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Allenport Plant, and Mon Valley Hospital in the Dietary Department. He was a veteran of Korean War, having served with the U.S. Air Force from 1951 to 1953. Angelo is survived by his wife of 67 years Olivia A. (Perozzi) Pro, his son Lawrence (Aimee) Pro of Monessen, two grandchildren Angela (Mark) Labozzetta and Eric (Cristal) Pro, three great grandchildren, Leona, Hadlee, and Jaxon, and by numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Gregory Pro and David Pro, two brothers, John Pro and Richard Pro, and by a sister Joanne Pro. Friends will be received in Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue Monessen, on Thursday, December 8, 2022, from 2 pm to 6 pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday Dec. 9, 2022 beginning with a 9:30 am Blessing in the funeral home, followed by a 10:00 am Funeral Mass in Epiphany of Our Lord Church, 44 PA Blvd. Monessen.
