Andrew M. Vitovic, 91, of Rostraver Twp, passed away on Thursday, August 8, 2024. He was born on October 12, 1932 in Monessen, the son of the late Andrew J. and Zora M. (Gosdonovich) Vitovic. Andy was a member of Concord United Methodist Church, Lifetime member of the NRA, Pennsylvania Gun Collectors Association, American Legion Post 659, Monessen Croatian Club, Star Junction Rod and Gun Club and a Graduate of Monessen High School. He served his country during the Korean War, in the United States Army Tank Company 23rd Division Infantry Regiment. He worked for Eazor Trucking, Penn Dot and was a jack of all trades as he was a handyman. He is survived by his daughter, Lauri (Terry E.) Aston of Ruffs Dale; two grandsons, Stephen A. Galaski of Monaca, PA, Nicholas Mayconich of Wyandotta, OK; Great granddaughter, Allison Eva Galaski; sister-in-law, Carol Vitovic, cousins Ed, Tim, Bob, Carol, Mary Kay, and nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his loving wife Audrey (Bleier) Vitovic and brother Karl Vitovic. Friends will be received Sunday, August 11, 2024 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue, Monessen. Services will be held on Monday August 12, 2024 in the funeral home at 10:00 am, with Pastor Sandy Fitzgibbons officiating. Interment will follow in the Grandview Cemetery, Monessen.
