Adelina "Lena" Mascetta

Adelina "Lena" Mascetta, 89, of Monessen, passed away on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 in Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital, with her loving family by her side. She was born on November 3, 1935 in Nocera Terinese, Italy, the daughter of the late Fiore and Angela (Maione) Sacco. She was a member of Epiphany of our Lord Roman Catholic Church. Lena enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family, she was able to make friends wherever she went. She is survived by her, sons, Joseph (Kim) Mascetta of Pleasant Hills, Michael (Alena) Mascetta of Redondo Beach, CA; daughters, Mary Ann (Michael) Kohler of Upper St. Clair, Angela Fuoco of Monessen, Adelina Mascetta of North Fayette Twp.; Brother, Joseph (Clara) Sacco of Fontana, CA; sister, Julia Cain of Monessen; grandchildren, Andrew (Jen) Fuoco, Joseph (Kristin) Fuoco, Christopher Mascetta, Alex Kohler, David Kohler, Claire Kohler; great-grandchildren, Izabella Boyd, Henry Fuoco, Oliver Fuoco and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband Anthony J. Mascetta; son, Anthony Mascetta, Jr., sister, Marie Dolessandro, Brother, John Sacco, son-in-law, Robert Fuoco. Friends will be received on Friday January 31st, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue, Monessen. Services will be held on Saturday February 1st, beginning in the funeral home with a blessing service at 9:30 am, followed by a mass at 10:00 am at the Epiphany of our Lord Church at with Fr.
