Joseph C. Milosevich Sr., 92, of Monessen, died on Friday March 11, 2022 at his home. He was born on April 1, 1929 in Monessen, the son of the late Staleta and Mary (Hudak) Milosevich. A life long resident of Monessen, he was a member of St. John the Divine Russian Orthodox Church. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force as a ground photographer from 1948 until 1955. Joe retired in 1982 from the Allenport Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel having worked in the 4 High Temper Mill Department. He was a member of American Legion Post 659 of Belle Vernon, the former MARS, and SOAR Chapter 15-12. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Mildred (Stetsko) Milosevich in 2005, and whom he married on Dec. 1, 1948. He is also preceded by his daughter, Debra M. Ihrke, a daughter-in-law Janice Milosevich, a brother Dushan Milosevich, and by a brother-in-law John Stetsko. He is survived by a son Joseph C. Milosevich, Jr. of Hampton, VA; five grandchildren Joseph C. (Victoria) Milosevich III, Suzanne (Byron) Weare, William J. (Angela) Henderson, Christopher Henderson, Devon M. (Steve) Seeley, aunt, Susan Crow of Belle Vernon; two sisters-in-laws, Annetta Nemoseck and Gail (Thomas) Evans, eleven great grandchildren, and by numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Tuesday from 6 to 8 pm in Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue, Monessen. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 am in St. John the Divine Russian Orthodox Church, 48 McKee Ave. with Rev. Constantine Curchin officiating.
